The SharePoint Project Manager and Server Administrator will implement exciting web solutions using Microsoft technologies and must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team interfacing customers  The candidate should demonstrate a dedicated work ethic, passion for our customers and the discipline to prioritize and manage multiple projects.  Written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Primary Duties:
Conduct systems analysis and project management for SharePoint projects as well as perform server configuration and administration tasks.
Job Description:
·         Maintain web servers and web applications based on Microsoft’s web platforms
·         Portal/Web application planning, architecture and design
·         Technical Project Management
·         Troubleshoot and resolve various server operation problems and issues
·         Plan and manage application upgrades
·         Document procedures used for managing web applications
·         Contribute to other web application construction projects as needed
 
Required Skills:
·         Gathering requirements for web applications, managing project schedules and tasks
·         Experience with server administration and web server administration
·         Windows 2008 Server operating system experience
·         Web Application Management and building
·         Experience in troubleshooting Windows Server event logs
·         Internet Information Server (IIS) administration experience
·         Microsoft Active Directory (AD) management and configuration experience
·         IP networking and DNS routing basics
 
 
Desired:
·         Knowledge of SharePoint Central Administration
·         Experience in Maintaining a SharePoint Farm
·         Able to troubleshoot SharePoint ULS Logs
·         Knowledge of SharePoint Designer 2007/2010
·         Knowledge of SharePoint patching and upgrading
·         Experience in securing a SharePoint environment
·         Knowledge of switching, routing, enterprise storage
·         Microsoft web development technologies (ASP, ASPX)
·         Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XSL
