TCSC Named Microsoft’s Worldwide Information Worker Partner of the Year
Richmond, Virginia – September 15, 2004 – The Computer Solution Company, Inc. (TCSC), a Microsoft® Gold Certified Partner headquartered in Midlothian, Virginia, today announced that it was named Microsoft’s Information Worker Partner of the Year.
The Microsoft Certified Partner Program Awards recognize partners that delivered exemplary solutions for their customers during the past year. Award winners were chosen from a group of finalists from around the world and were announced on July 13th at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, held this year in Toronto. Following the awards ceremony, Allison Watson, Vice President of Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Sales & Marketing Group, stated “Since 1995, TCSC has epitomized the meaning of Partner. They display the highest degree of commitment, expertise and follow-through in all their endeavors and their efforts have directly contributed to the success of our Mid-Atlantic and Federal teams.”
Winners were evaluated based on their innovative use of Microsoft’s latest technologies to deliver solutions that exceeded their customer’s expectations. TCSC’s selection was based in part on the exceptional work it has done developing a Case and Evidence Management System for the Commonwealth of Virginia, Division of Forensic Science. The Forensic Case & Evidence Management System was developed using Microsoft Office System 2003, SharePoint Portal Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 and SQL Server 2000. TCSC plans to market the resulting solution to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies throughout the country.
